Chaque -voyageur ne pourra porter pour son usage, plus de dix livres pesant. -Les entrepreneurs pourront traiter de gré à gré avec les maîtres de -postes, pour la conduite de ces voitures. L'administrateur général -fixera l'heure à laquelle les dépêches devront être rendues à leur -destination, & la quotité de l'amende encourue par les entrepreneurs, -pour un retard notoire & non occasionné par force majeure. - -Le transport des personnes ainsi effectué, il est nécessaire que leurs -effets & bagages les suivent de près; en conséquence, il sera établi -des fourgons (les diligences actuelles pourront en tenir lieu, & les -suppléer jusqu'à ce que les nouveaux fourgons soient construits).
