+
+Goede Jezus, zoo zal ik dan het geluk hebben, U in mijn hart te mogen
+ontvangen! Die kleine blanke Hostie, welke de priester op mijne tong
+gaat neerleggen, dat zijt Gij zelf, o mijn aanbiddelijke Jezus! Dat
+zijt Gij, die U onder dezen sluier verschuilt, om tot mij te komen.
+
+Beminnelijke Jezus, Gij zijt mijn God! Gij zijt de Opperste Meester van
+hemel en aarde! Wat zijt Gij goed, dat Ge U zoo klein maakt om U aan mij
+weg te schenken, die slechts een kind ben! Ik aanbid U, en ik bemin U!
+

+
+O dierbare kleine Jezus, uit liefde tot mij, zijt Gij in de kribbe van
+Bethlehem arm geboren geworden, op stroo en tusschen twee dieren! Ik
+bedank U, voor alles wat Gij voor mij gedaan hebt. Wat zijt Gij goed, en
+wat houd ik toch veel van U!
+

+
+O dierbare kleine Jezus, uit liefde tot mij zijt Gij altijd allermeest
+_gehoorzaam_ geweest tegenover Maria en Joseph! Wat zijt Gij toch goed!
+Ten einde mij voor te bereiden om U te ontvangen, beloof ik U steeds
+goed te zullen _gehoorzamen_ aan mijn vader en mijne moeder en aan mijn
+meesters; en ik vraag U vergiffenis voor de droefheid die ik U
+veroorzaakt heb, door hun ongehoorzaam geweest te zijn.
+
+O dierbare kleine Jezus, uit liefde tot mij zijt Gij altijd zeer
+_zachtmoedig_ en zeer _geduldig_ geweest, en nooit hebt Gij U toornig op
+iemand gemaakt! Wat zijt Gij toch goed! Ten einde mij voor te bereiden
+om U te ontvangen, beloof ik U tegenover eenieder steeds _zachtmoedig_
+en _geduldig_ te zullen zijn, en ik vraag U vergiffenis mij kwaad
+gemaakt te hebben, of twist gezocht te hebben met andere kinderen en die
+geplaagd te hebben.
+
+O dierbare kleine Jezus, uit liefde tot mij hebt Gij steeds vol moed
+_gearbeid_! Wat zijt Gij toch goed! Ten einde mij voor te bereiden om U
+te ontvangen, zal ik mij voortaan er op toeleggen goed _mijn werk te
+verrichten_, en gewetensvol al mijne plichten na te komen. Vergeef mij
+dat ik zoo verstrooid, lichtzinnig en lui geweest ben.
+
+O dierbare kleine Jezus, wat hebt Gij uwe _gebeden_ goed verricht! Wat
+waart Gij schoon en aanbiddenswaardig, wanneer Gij nederknieldet om tot
+uwen Vader te bidden! Vergeef mij, mijne _gebeden_ zoo slecht gedaan en
+die zelfs vergeten te hebben. Ik beloof U dat ik ze nooit meer zal
+overslaan, dat ik ze in de verplichte houding bidden zal, dat ik alle
+woorden ervan goed zal uitspreken, en dat ik aandachtig zijn zal, op wat
+ik zeg tegen Onzen Lievenheer.
+
+O dierbare kleine Jezus, toen Gij groot geworden waart, hebt Gij voor
+mij willen lijden en sterven! De beulen hebben uwe kleederen uitgerukt,
+en U hardvochtig met zwepen en roeden geslagen. Zij hebben eene kroon
+van doornen op uw hoofd gedrukt. Zij hebben uwe handen en voeten met
+plompe nagelen doorboord. Zij hebben U met gal en azijn gelaafd. Zij
+hebben U aan het Kruis opgeheven, waaraan Gij gestorven zijt om mijne
+zonden uit te boeten. Ten slotte hebben zij _uw H. Hart met eene lans
+doorboord_. O Jezus, wat zijt Gij toch goed! Wat moet Gij mij beminnen,
+om zooveel voor mij te hebben willen uitstaan! En wat is de zonde
+afschuwelijk, daar zij het is, die U aan het Kruis gehecht en doen
+sterven heeft!
+

+
+Ja, mijn teederbeminde Jezus, ik versta het, hoezeer ik U heb doen
+lijden door mijne zonden; door mijne ongehoorzaamheid, mijne snoepzucht,
+mijne opvliegendheid, mijne luiheid, mijne leugens, mijn minder goed
+gedragen al mijne andere gebreken.
+
+O allerliefste Jezus, daar Gij zoo goed zijt, en Gij thans in mijn hart
+komt wonen, vergeef mij al het leed dat ik U aangedaan heb! Ik beloof U,
+voortaan, gehoorzaam te zullen zijn, zachtmoedig, geduldig, ijverig bij
+mijn werk en in het gebed, en nooit wil ik U meer beleedigen!
+

+O allerliefste en allerbeminnelijkste Jezus kom, ach kom toch in mijn
+hart! Kom, ten einde daar uit te rusten, gelijk Gij vroeger uitgerust

+*Akte van Geloof en Bewondering.*
+
+O dierbare kleine Jezus, wat zijt Gij toch goed! Zoo zijt Gij dan in
+mijn hart gekomen! Gij, die in den hemel woont, te midden van de Engelen
+en Heiligen, die U aanbidden en loven, Gij hebt U gewaardigd ook in
+mijn hart neer te dalen!
+
+Ik zie U niet met mijne oogen; maar ik geloof vastelijk dat Ge in mij
+tegenwoordig zijt, even zeker als Ge tegenwoordig zijt in den hemel.
+Indien ik, gelijk Onze Lievevrouw dat heeft mogen doen, U zien en op
+mijne armen dragen kon, dan zou ik U vast tegen mijn hart willen
+aandrukken en U zeggen, dat ik U oprecht bemin. Dat geluk heb ik niet;
+maar ik heb een nog grooter geluk, namelijk, U in mijn hart te bezitten.
+O, wat zijt Gij toch goed! Wat zijt Gij toch goed!
+

+
+O dierbare kleine Jezus, ik smeek er U om, ach, verlaat mij nooit meer,
+laat mij niet aan mijzelven over, ga niet meer uit mijne ziel! Blijf
+daar voortdurend wonen door uwe genade, opdat ik altijd zeer
+_verstandig_ en zeer _braaf_ zijn moge!
+
+Leer mij te _gehoorzamen_, evenals Gij dat deedt, met vreugde en
+aanstonds, zonder te wachten en zonder mij te beklagen.
+
+Leer mij, evenzeer als Gij dat waart, _zachtmoedig_ en _goed_ te zijn
+tegenover iedereen, en aan niemand eenig leed te veroorzaken.
+
+Leer mij goed mijne _gebeden_ te verrichten, en goed te _werken_, even
+als Gij.
+
+Leer mij niet _snoepzuchtig_ te zijn, en het te verstaan, mij soms van
+eenige lekkernij te onthouden.
+
+Leer mij met geduld _te lijden_, gelijk Gij dat deedt, als de eene of
+andere zaak mij smart veroorzaakt of mij in den weg staat.
+
+
+*Gebed voor Ouders, Oversten, Broeders en Zusters.*
+
+Dierbare kleine Jezus, Gij zijt het die me mijn _vader_, mijne _moeder_
+en mijne _meesters_ geschonken hebt! O, zegen hen, en neem hen op in
+uwe ontferming; doe ze iederen dag in braafheid toenemen, en bewaar ze
+lang voor mijn liefdevol hart!
+
+Dierbare kleine Jezus, ontferm U ook over mijne _broeders_ en _zusters_;
+maak hen verstandig en braaf, en zorg ervoor dat zij U uit geheel hun
+hart beminnen!
+
+Dierbare kleine Jezus, het is aan den goeden _Paus Pius X_ te danken,
+dat ik reeds in mijne vroege jeugd de H. Communie ontvangen mag. Zegen
+onzen Heiligen-Vader; bedank hem in mijne plaats, daar ik het niet doen
+kan, en overlaad hem met al uwe genaden!
+
+
+*Gebed voor de Zondaren en Ongeloovigen.*
+
+Allerliefste Jezus, er bestaan _zondaren_, die U veel leed aandoen, en
+die groote zonden bedrijven. Gij hebt hun op het Kruishout vergiffenis
+geschonken; ach, vergeef ze nogmaals, schenk hun een waar berouw, en
+zorg ervoor dat ook zij U liefhebben!
+
+O zeer goede Jezus, er leven duizenden beklagenswaardige _kinderen_ van
+mijn leeftijd in China en de heidensche landen, ja, zelfs in ons eigen
+land, die het geluk niet hebben gedoopt te zijn, die U niet kennen en U
+niet beminnen, die niet, even als ik, het voorrecht hebben U te
+ontvangen.
+
+O dierbare kleine Jezus, ik smeek er U om, heb medelijden met hen; zend
+Priesters en Missionarissen naar hen toe, die hen over U spreken zullen,
+die hen zullen doopen en hunne Eerste H. Communie laten doen!
+
+
+*Gebed voor de Zielen des Vagevuurs.*
+
+O zeer goede Jezus, er bevinden zich in het _Vagevuur_ zielen, die veel
+lijden, terwijl zij wachten moeten om in den hemel te komen. Verzacht
+hare pijnen, verminder haar lijden en doe dat ophouden; en geef ze, zoo
+spoedig mogelijk, met de Engelen eene plaats in den hemel, opdat zij U
+loven en zegenen kunnen!
+
+
+*Sluitgebed.*
+
+O zeer goede Jezus, geef dat ik U nooit meer beleedig, en dat ik mij
+steeds zeer _verstandig_ en zeer _braaf_ gedragen moge!
+
+Geef ook dat allen U beminnen, en dat iedereen deugdzaam moge zijn!
+
+Nogmaals bedank ik U in mijn hart te zijn neergedaald, en ik hoop dat
+Gij daar spoedig zult terugkomen. Ja, spoedig, spoedig!
+
+Ik bemin U! Ik bemin U uit al mijne krachten!
+
+H. Hart van Jezus, aan U wijd ik mij toe voor altijd!
+
+Allerheiligste Maagd Maria, mijne goede Moeder, Moeder van Jezus, die
+Hem zoo zeer bemind hebt en nog steeds allervurigst bemint, leen mij uw
+Hart, om Hem te kunnen zeggen _hoezeer ik Hem lief heb_. O, geef, dat ik
+Hem en ook U, van dag tot dag meer en meer beminne; en verkrijg mij de
+genade, dat ik spoedig andermaal en wel met de grootste vurigheid, de H.
+Communie ontvangen moge!
